Boxing 101

A 1 hour class that incorporates boxing drills and techniques to build up your stamina, endurance, strength and improve co-ordination. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.


A 1 hour class that teaches you how to move better by understanding the natural flow of the human body, using non-traditional equipment such as sandbags and farmers walks.


A 45-minute workout. Metabolic Conditioning combines weightlifting and body weight movements completed in specific rep schemes and times with minimal rest. This type of workout allows you to burn fat and build muscle, improving endurance without sacrificing lean muscle mass.


A 30-minute, bodyweight-only, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. The focus is on technique, range of motion and intensity. Designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training is complete.


A 40-minute circuit workout, combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximize calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.
